- נְדַרI ch. sam(נדרbeing under the obligation of a vow; being the legitimate subject of a vow). Targ. Num. 3:3; a. fr.Ned.22a אילו הוה ידעת … מי נַדְרַת if thou hadst known …, wouldst thou have vowed? Ib.b נדרת אדעת דהכי wouldst thou have made the vow, if thou hadst known this.
